Is Your Business Ready For Back to School Season?

Back to School is one of the biggest shopping seasons. Take advantage of it!
Call me a nerd, but I still get a little tingle of excitement when September rolls around. It is a time so full of possibilities, even if you aren't going back to school.
People of all ages are making buying decisions as they head into the fall, and your business should be ready to seize the moment!

How do you do that?

1. Make Sure Your Website Is Ready

Even if you don't sell online, people will check out your website before making buying decisions. Download our free 85 Tips For a Winning Website report to make sure you aren't making any deadly mistakes.

2. Get Your Customer Service Team Ready

Do they know what is on your website and in your stores? Have they been briefed on special offers? The staff at Ikea sure hadn't last year. Read about the IKEA mess-up here

3. Get Your Social Media Team Ready

We tested 104 companies on how well they handled help requests via Twitter. Sad to say, 1/3 of them failed. Are you obeying the 10 Commandments of Customer Service on Twitter?

Congrats, Marie!

Congratulations to Marie at shiftworkplace.com who did our survey at  http://bit.ly/FRreaders and won
the book, Tilt: Shifting Your Strategy From Products to Customers.

If you haven't filled in the quick reader survey, I'd still be grateful if you would. Thanks!

Progress!
It's been a long 2 months since I broke my foot in an "extreme gardening" accident, but I'm thrilled to report that I can finally ride my bike again! Yay!
